This concert was HISTORIC and also the First Ever Salsa Concert in the History of the Westchester County Center! It featured Salsa Legend Willie Colon, El Grupo Niche, La Mega's Alex Sensation and DeeJay Joey "O" . WHLEA and its's sponsors opened the doors for future Latin concerts at the Center. Since our concert, Giberto Santarosa, Oscar DeLeon, Charlie Aponte, and Victor Manuel. WHLEA is proud to have been the leader in openning this door.  All proceeds went to our scholarship dinner dance fund for 2016.
